SET introduces new ideas for the SET EXPO 2017 floorplan

set_expo_visitantesWith almost a month gone since the official launch of SET EXPO 2017, demand for stands and sponsorships has exceeded expectations and is running at full speed ahead. So far, around 60% of the pavilion has been commercialized, double the figure for the same period of last year, when about 30% of the pavilion was occupied in the first sales action.

“SET EXPO 2016 was a success, so the major brands and key partners have rushed to guarantee the best spots. Nevertheless, we have tweaked the floorplan to improve the location of the islands”, SET Sales Manager, Paulo Galante points out.

The floorplan has been given a new concept at the core. Entire islands, tips of islands or corners are available, “providing everyone with high-profile positions,” according to Galante.

Whoever purchases stands by November 21 will enjoy a 30% discount on the total cost. After that date, the discounts will be progressively less.

Hitachi marketing analyst, Michel Silva, puts a positive spin on this early-bird offer. “We can take better advantage of the conditions of the loyalty plan we’ve had for several years, as well as choosing the best spot”, in his opinion.

This opinion is shared by Andrea Brito, Marketing Manager of TQTVD. “Besides our internal planning, what drives us most to purchase the stand in advance is the possibility of booking a good location within the parameters we are looking for and with a good discount”, she explains.

Paulo Galante, however, points out: “the best spots are now being occupied. Companies need to get a move on to ensure the best spot and a lower price”.

The SET EXPO 2017 Trade Show will have 8,500 m² of net area for the stands, up by 11% over this year. Once again, the event will be held at the Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo, and the Trade Show will be in the Red Pavilion.

Sponsorships

Another way of participating in SET EXPO 2017 is by sponsoring the 29th Technology Conference.

The categories have been divided into Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze, and there are specific benefits on a decreasing scale, with Platinum enjoying the highest profile and Bronze the lowest.

Companies from different sectors of the audiovisual market and broadcast industry can sponsor SET EXPO. “The advantage of sponsors who close now is that they will have longer exposure on the event communication material during the year. In addition, they can also develop this own disclosure strategies in advance”, Paulo Galante explains.
