India introduces itself to SET as a promising broadcast market

set-expo-stand “The first participation by SET at an event in India has produced important contacts for future exchanges of information and experiences for both sides”, said SET Superintendent Olímpio Franco, summarizing after analyzing the outcome of the meeting.

In October, SET was in Mumbai for its first incursion into an Indian event, Broadcast India 2016, taking along information and data about SET EXPO 2016 for the purpose of possible partnerships with exhibitors and businessmen in the Asian market.

In all, there were around 600 (foreign and Indian) companies at the event, on 150 stands. More than 20,000 visitors circulated through the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon (E) during the three-day event.

SET is bringing back in the baggage an invitation to participate in next year’s event, with the promise of new visitors and possible Indian exhibitors. On the other hand, SET has opened doors so that the Indian market can be present at SET EXPO 2017, bringing to the Brazilian market the most important updates and new developments in the Indian market.
