Paulo Henrique Castro,
President of SET | CEO & Founder of Mediatech Lab
An engineer and executive with over 30 years of experience in the media and technology sector, Paulo Henrique Castro is President of SET—a technical-scientific entity that serves as a hub for innovation, business, and technology for the Brazilian audiovisual market—and CEO and Founder of Mediatech Lab, a startup specializing in emerging technologies and innovation consulting.
With 27 years at Globo, where he was Director of Technology and R&D, Paulo played a decisive role in the implementation of Digital TV in Brazil and currently leads strategic projects such as the official pilot of TV 3.0 in the country. He is a member of the IBC, IEEE, and SMPTE, and has been a SET advisor since 1997.
Luiz Padilha,

He has been working for 43 years in the Broadcast industry in Latin America.
He began his career at Sony in Rio de Janeiro in 1981 and in 1990 he moved to São Paulo to take over management of Brazil.
In 2006 he was transferred to Miami and soon after was promoted to vice president and in 2017 he took over as president of Sony Professional Latin America.

He was responsible for several innovative integration and sales projects for international events such as the World Cup and the Olympics,

Raymundo Barros,
President of the Brazilian Terrestrial Digital TV System Forum (SBTVD)
Executive Director of Technology Strategy at Globo, Raymundo Barros is at the forefront of the areas of corporate strategy, partnerships and ecosystems in addition to technology. At the company, the executive led initiatives of great relevance to the media industry, such as the Project to expand the digitalization of the analogue signal in Brazil, the implementation of IP infrastructure, 4K in the production and distribution of content, Globoplay and the integration of technology areas of Grupo Globo companies. He is currently responsible for the implementation of Globo’s D2C, Adtech and Data Monetization strategy. Raymundo has been at Globo for 40 years. Before taking over as CTO / CSO of the company, Raymundo served as a technician, engineer, operations manager and, subsequently, director of Engineering in SP. He also held the position of Director of Entertainment Technology, where he led projects for soap operas, series and variety shows.
Wilson Diniz Wellisch,
Secretary of Broadcasting Services at the Ministry of Communications
Telecommunications Engineer with a bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Brasília (UnB), he has been a career civil servant at the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) since 2011, where he served as Superintendent of Concessions and Resources for Service Provision, Superintendent of Inspection, and also as Interim President.
At the Ministry of Communications, he was Director of the Department of Digital Inclusion, Director of the Department of Public Telecommunications Policies, and Undersecretary of Telecommunications. Currently, he holds the position of Secretary of Broadcasting Services at the Ministry of Communications.

Innovation in TV: Shaping the Future of Broadcast TV

Senior Manager of Technology Regulatory, Globo
Ana Eliza is a senior regulatory manager in the strategy and technology department at Globo. With 25 years of career experience, she has led numerous innovative projects in digital content distribution and played a prominent role in various stages of Globo's analog-to-digital transition and the industry as a whole. She is actively involved in various technical media organizations, such as the Brazilian Society of Television Engineering and the Brazilian Digital TV System Forum. Ana Eliza has held various management positions in the telecommunications field, has been contributing to ITU activities for two decades, and has been actively participating in World Radiocommunication Conferences since 2007. She holds a master's degree in Video Compression from UNICAMP, an MBA in Management, and an MBA in Telecommunications.

Rodrigo Cascão,
Founder and CEO of EiTV
Rodrigo is a PhD in Computer Engineering and an expert in streaming and digital television technologies. He is the founder and CEO of EiTV, one of the first and leading companies in the field of digital television operating in Brazil and Latin America. He is also founder and advisor of the Brazilian Forum of Digital Television. He has a specialization in technological innovation from Babson College and Stanford University. He currently lives in the United States where he has been dedicated to studying the ATSC 3.0 standard and the next generation of digital television.

Leandro Gejfinbein,
UX Working Group Coordinator at SET and UX Director, Globo
Over 25 years of experience in creating digital products, with a focus on Design, Product and Strategy. Today he is Director of User Experience at Globo, leading Design and UX Research teams, which work on all of the company's digital products and platforms, including Globoplay, G1, Ge, Home, and also on the design of the experience for the new TV3.0. He has a degree in Social Communication, a specialization in Psychology and a Master's in Design.
