This lecture explores improvements and new disruptive technologies in the DTV+  (TV 3.0) physical layer. Improvements in channel coding and modulation will be presented, as well as the implementation of new technologies, such as BICM, LDPC, QNUC, MIMO, LDM, and TxID, which enable greater transmission capacity and robustness, supporting resolutions up to 8K and the application of new services for the public.
