The implementation of Digital TV allowed the expansion of open channels and the consolidation of Public TVs, including the formation of networks.  TV3.0 presents the possibility of a new type of organization, where exclusively online operations can also be highlighted in open broadcasts through different new arrangements made possible by the new standard.
