Many radio stations have started to livestream video from their studios, which not only required the inclusion of cameras, switchers, and lighting in their operations but also demanded the development of new skills for their professionals. On the other hand, the live television language has been increasingly resembling traditional radio formats such as talk shows, debates, and roundtable discussions among commentators. In some cases, these traditional channels have merged, presenting programs that are broadcasted on both radio stations and television channels, with language suitable for both media formats. This segment of the panel will discuss how video is being incorporated into the operations of radio stations and will showcase integration case studies between radio and television.
