She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from COPPEAD Institute of Administration (COPPEAD) at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), where she also completed a specialization in Marketing (IAG Master in Marketing) and earned a degree in Social Communication. She participated in the Global Colloquium on Participant Centered Learning at Harvard Business School. She teaches Soft Skills, Strategy and Innovation, Platform Management, Network Markets, and Research Methodology in the Executive MBA, Master's, and Ph.D. courses at COPPEAD/UFRJ. She has taught in the Global Partners MBA program at Georgia State University, IAE/Sorbonne, and COPPEAD. She coordinates the Executive MBA program at COPPEAD. She served as a Faculty Advisor for the Graduate Teaching Council (CEPG) at UFRJ for two consecutive terms. She is an editor of teaching cases for the RAC - Journal of Contemporary Administration. She coordinates the Center for Studies in Strategy and Innovation, where she conducts research on the impact of innovations on business ecosystems. She has several published works in Brazil and abroad in the areas of strategy and innovation and serves as a reviewer for national and international journals and conferences. Her article on Business Ecosystems received the first prize at the most important academic marketing event in Brazil. She has worked in companies from different sectors in marketing and communication roles. She works as a consultant for public and private organizations in the area of strategy and innovation.
