Lawyer, with a postgraduate degree in Administrative Law, Public Management and Advanced Regulation of Public Telecommunications Services, he was Superintendent of Grants and Resources for Provision of Anatel, as well as Secretary of Telecommunications both at the Ministry of Science, Technology, Innovations and Communications and at the Ministry of Communications. He was also Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Communications, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Telebras and member of the Board of Directors of Correios. He is currently Director of Institutional Relations at the Copel Telecom Group.
