Technology Producer, Globo
Taissa Cristine holds a technical degree in Telecommunications from FAETEC and a degree in Electrical Engineering from UFRJ. With nearly 15 years of experience at Globo, she rose to an executive position, leading teams in Signal Traffic and the Media Center. She has played key roles in major journalistic and sports coverage, including the World Cup, Olympic Games, Carnival, the Oscars, the Papal Conclave, and significant news events such as the Chapecoense plane crash, the Brumadinho disaster, and recent floods in southern Brazil. Currently serving as a Technology Producer, she oversees Technology operations in Journalism and manages the entire budgeting cycle—from planning to execution. She works directly with Globo’s newscasts and national and international coverage, designing and implementing technical solutions for events such as elections and international conferences (G20, BRICS, COP30), as well as breaking news. She was directly involved in the special broadcasts of Jornal Nacional during Globo’s 60th anniversary celebration.
