Paulo Rabello is a computer engineer with 26 year´s hands-on experience of the broadcast and entertainment business. He is a member of Project Management Institute and has the title of Project Management Professional from PMI since 2003 as well as a graduate with an MBA in project management. He started his career at Globo in 1995. He was the Head of Projects & Maintenance Technology as well as Director of Entertainment Technology Operations leading projects for soaps and series in 4k and 4K HDR. Nowadays, he is the Technology Head for Globo content production and distribution being responsible not only for Drama and Variety shows but also for Sports and News.
