Otávio Viegas Caixeta is an Electrical Engineer graduated from UnB and is currently studying for a Masters in Public Administration at FGV.
Public servant of the infrastructure career, he has been at the Ministry of Communications since 2009.
He has worked on policy for telecommunications and innovation, with a focus on startups.
He currently holds the position of Director of Innovation, Regulation and Inspection at the Broadcasting Secretariat.
