Manoel Lisboa da Silva Neto has over 30 years of experience in management and innovation within the plastics sector, with a strong focus on business, products, processes, sustainability, and circular economy. He currently serves as Business Director at Tangho Green Holding and CEO of Citymining. As an advisor and consultant to the plastics, polymers, and recycling industries, he brings strategic insight and technical expertise. Manoel is the founder of PlasticXperience and the Brazilian Circular Economy Association (ABRECIR). He holds a degree in Materials Engineering (UFSCar), a Master’s in Nanocomposites (University of Waterloo, Canada), and is a PhD candidate in Waste Reuse and Circularity (USP). He also completed MBAs in Marketing (FEA – USP) and Business Administration (UNESC).
