Graduated in engineering, he has 17 years of experience working on PAY TV projects across various segments such as IPTV, DTH, and cable TV in some of the most demanding markets, including Germany, the United States, Mexico, and Denmark, among others. He has also worked for industry-leading companies such as Cisco and Irdeto.
Throughout his career, he has led projects involving multidisciplinary teams across different countries for clients like Telefonica, Megacable, Claro, and NET. His experience spans both pre-sales and post-sales phases, with deep technical expertise in this field.

Since 2015, Hugo Nascimento has been responsible for the entire technical area at AD Digital, managing specialized teams and leading the product development front.
