Frederico de Siqueira Filho holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pernambuco. He has more than 26 years of professional experience in the telecommunications and IT sector, including 21 years at Oi, where he held leadership positions in Operations, Planning, Institutional and Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial areas. He began his career in 1997 as a technical engineering coordinator at Autelserv Telecomunicações.

In 2002, he took on the role of Enterprise Sales Manager at Oi for the regions of Pernambuco, Paraíba, and Bahia. This marked the beginning of a successful career at the company, where he spent 10 years as Director of Institutional Relations at Oi Brasil, leading a team of institutional representatives across various states. He later became Director of Government Corporate Sales at Oi Soluções, responsible for commercial leadership in the North and Northeast regions, a position he held until assuming the presidency of Telebras. Frederico de Siqueira Filho also has knowledge in Administration, Political Science, Communication, and several management fields, including Crisis Management, Third-Party Management, and Project Management.
