President and partner of the consulting firm Teleco, he has been working since 2002 as an analyst in the Telecom market, coordinating consulting projects, publishing weekly articles, preparing sector reports and presenting workshops.
Telecom Engineer (IME 78) and Master in Telecom (INPE 81) is a member of the Judging Committee of the Global Mobile Awards of the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona and served as a visiting specialist professor at Unicamp (2013).
He has held several management positions in Telecom companies in areas such as Cellular Systems (Ericsson), Optical Networks (Pegasus Telecom) and Satellites (INPE).
