Débora Christina Muchaluat-Saade

Débora Muchaluat-Saade is a full professor at the Institute of Computing of Fluminense Federal University (UFF). She holds a degree in Computer Engineering, a master and PhD in Computer Science from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). She has been a member of the Board of the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC) since 2023. She is a member of the Board and of the Technical Module of the Brazilian Digital Terrestrial TV System Forum (SBTVD). She is a CNPq and FAPERJ fellow. She has proposed NCL 4.0, adopted for the Future Brazilian TV 3.0 Digital TV system and also participated in the development of the NCL – Nested Context Language – adopted as ABNT NBR 15606-2 standard in the GINGA middleware of the Brazilian Digital TV System and as an international recommendation of ITU-T H.761 for IPTV services.
