Celedonio M. L. Costa is with the Postgraduate Program in Electrical Engineering at University of Brasília (UnB).
– Brief biographical note (short bio). Celedônio M. da Luz Costa began his career at TELEPARA in the Transmission Systems area, later working in the Planning and Engineering department at Telemar (OI). He then served as a Telecommunications Engineer at Caixa Econômica Federal and currently works as a Expert in Broadcasting Channel Planning, Regulation, and Spectrum Policy at Anatel.
He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Pará (UFPA) and specialized in Communication Networks. Currently, he is a regular student in the Academic Master’s Program in Electrical Engineering at the University of Brasília (UnB), conducting research on the Second Generation of Digital Television.
