Master’s degree in Human and Social Sciences (UFABC) and bachelor’s degrees in International Relations (FASM) and Public Policy Management (USP).
Worked for 12 years in the Government of the State of São Paulo in various agencies, such as the Administrative Development Foundation (FUNDAP), the São Paulo Metropolitan Planning Company (EMPLASA), and the São Paulo Partnership Company (CPP). Served as President of the Real Estate Heritage Council (2019-2021) and Subsecretary of Governmental Actions in the Secretariat of Government (2021-2022).
Currently, he is a civil servant in the career of Analyst in Public Policies and Government Management (APPGG) for the Municipality of São Paulo.
