Artur Coimbra de Oliveira

Artur Coimbra de Oliveira has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Law from UnB, with an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He has been a member of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office since 2007, having previously been a Regulatory Specialist at Anatel. He served as an advisor to the Specialized Federal Prosecutor’s Office of Anatel and to the Presidency of the Republic. He was Director of Broadband at the Ministry of Communications and Secretary of Telecommunications from 2011 to 2022. During this period,  participated in the group formulating the National Broadband Program, chaired the Steering Committee of the Geostationary Defense and Strategic Communications Satellite project and  was a member of the Anatel Advisory Board. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Anatel and is part of the Internet Steering Committee at Brasil-CGI.br, as a full member of the National Telecommunications Agency.
