ANTONIO MALVA NETO

Director of the Private Broadcasting Department, MCom

Graduated in Law from UPIS – Faculdades Integradas, with a postgraduate degree in Public Law – Lato Sensu, with an extension in Higher Education Didactics. Worked as a Parliamentary Advisor in both the Federal Chamber and the Federal Senate from 2016 to 2022. Participated in the management of Minister André Figueiredo at the Ministry of Communications in 2016 as His Excellency’s Advisor. Started their career in February 2000 at the Office of Minister Marco Aurélio in the Supreme Court of Brazil, remaining in the Office until February 2011. Joined private practice in 2011 and continues to work in the field to this day.
