Antonio M. Moreiras is an engineer and works as a manager at NIC.br, working on several initiatives to improve the technical quality of the Internet and promote its use, such as the Internet Exchanges at IX.br and the shared infrastructure project called OpenCDN.
Previously, he worked at Agência Estado, in various technical roles, and was a professor at faculties such as Unicid, Radial and Tancredo Neves, as well as in technical courses and free courses. By training, Moreiras is an electrical engineer, with an emphasis on computing, from Escola Politécnica da USP, and a master’s degree in engineering from the same institution. With an MBA from UFRJ and specializations in Internet Governance from SSIG and Diplo Foundation.
