André Barbosa

Andre Barbosa Filho has a degree in Law from the University of São Paulo (1976), a master’s degree in Communication Sciences from the Methodist University of São Paulo (1996) and a PhD in Communication Sciences from the University of São Paulo (2003). He is currently CEO of LeBar Comunicação Digital Ltda. Digital TV researcher with published books, he worked during the process of implementing and digitizing TV at EBC and was Head of Advisory at the Board of the Presidency of the Republic.
