Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Sciences, with a master’s degree in the same area from UNB.

Worked at the consulting giant McKinsey & Company for 19 years, nine of which as a partner.

Worked at Banco BMG for 4 years, initially as Chairman of the Board and then as CEO.

Worked for 2 years as a board member of Grupo Silvio Santos, Chairman of the Board at Biolab Sanus Farmacêutica and as independent member of the audit committee of Banco Carrefour.

It is also an independent board member of Grupo Iguatemi.
