She has over 11 years of experience in the Accessibility field. Currently, she serves as a Production Coordinator at SHOWCASE, where she develops various projects, conducting research and analyzing factors related to user interaction (both internal and external), such as the SHOWCASE TRIO app and the MAM system. Additionally, she has implemented Accessibility Services at major broadcasters like TV Globo, Record, TV Senado, TV Gazeta, and others.

Her expertise in equipment and usability allows her to bridge the gap between customers, internal users, developers, and the commercial team. She has also participated in prominent events such as IBC (Amsterdam), NAB Show (Las Vegas), and SET Expo (São Paulo-SP).
