Holds a technical degree in Electronics from ETEP (São José dos Campos/SP), and an Electrical/Telecom Engineering degree from Fundação Educacional de Barretos/SP. Completed an MBA in Project Management at Mackenzie/SP. Has worked across various segments of the telecommunications industry, including telephony, NET Cable TV, SKY DTH, radio, and television. Played a pivotal role in launching the first private broadcast station in Angola/Africa, serving as Director of Technical and Operational Resources at TV ZIMBO in Luanda.
