Eduardo has more than 20 years of experience in television, having worked in the technical and operational areas of RBS TV in Porto Alegre and RBS TV / NSC TV in Florianópolis. He has worked in managing operational teams since 2005, being responsible for departments such as Technical Center and Image Editing. At RBS TV / NSC TV Florianópolis, he also managed the areas of External Broadcasts, Cinematography, Art and Image Editing, Archive, Ingest and Production Control. Participation in major events, such as the Panamericano Rio 2007, the World Cup in South Africa in 2010 and the World Cup in Brazil 2014. He is currently Operations Manager at SBT, leading more than 300 people in various areas of production in the areas of entertainment, dramaturgy, journalism and sports.

Carlos Cesar Abrahão is an executive with 40 years of experience in the media industry. He served at Globo as Head of Support and Director of Acquisition and Production, leading technological transformations and strategic reorganizations. He has played leadership roles in 8 FIFA World Cups, 4 Olympic Games, and major events such as Rock in Rio. He has published articles and contributed to NAB, IBC, and SET, addressing topics on innovation and digital transformation. With an end-to-end vision of the Media Supply Chain, he has a strong track record in innovation, operational efficiency, and strategic management of people and costs. Currently, he is Director of Strategic Projects and Services at Savana Comunicações.

Speaker: Marcelo Fontana, Technology Manager - Globo

Graduated in Electronic Engineering from CEFET/RJ, post-graduated in business management from Fundação Dom Cabral. He has worked as a technology manager in the area of ​​projects and products in the Post-production and Visual Effects chain. He is currently the manager of the area of ​​projects and products for the content capture and production chains at Globo. Within the context of digital transformation, he is interested in building new business models related to the multiplatform content production and distribution platform.

Marcelo Bossoni, Technology Director for Content Production at Globo

He leads the Technology Operations for News, Sports, and Entertainment content. With 17 years at Globo, he began his journey in Technology Projects and has since held key roles in News Operations in São Paulo, Drama Production at Globo Studios, and at Globo Minas. Recently, he has driven major cultural and technological transformations within the organization. His core focus areas include Centralized Production, Cloud-based Operations, New Operational Models, and enhancing team performance in adopting cutting-edge technologies.
