Graduated in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense, Master in Applied Electromagnetism from PUC-Rio and MBA from FGV. Works on TV3.0 transmission projects, in SET and ABERT working groups that deal with sector regulation and currently leads the transmission and Broadcast area of ​​MediaTech Lab. Speaker: Tawfic Awwad Junior, Director of the Department of Innovation, Regulation and Enforcement, Ministry of Communications

Graduated in Law from the University of Brasília (UnB). Master in Public Administration from the Brasiliense Institute of Public Law (IDP). An Anatel employee since 2007, he worked at the Agency in the areas of monitoring obligations, interconnection arbitration, granting and in bidding processes for checking authorizations for the use of radio frequencies and satellite exploration rights. He served as Secretary on the Special Tender Committees promoted by Anatel, especially in the 5G Auction.

Speaker: Oseias Fonseca de Aguilar, Coordinator of the Licensing Process for Broadcasting Stations at Anatel

Graduated in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Brasília, he has worked for over 18 years in the public service, in the positions of Electrical Engineer at the Ministry of Communications and Regulation Specialist at Anatel, with experience in various areas of the Agency such as spectrum management, granting and licensing of station. Acts in the representation of Anatel in International Forums and in the regulation of the broadcasting sector.

Speaker: Geraldo Cardoso de Melo, Representative of the SET Southeast Regional and member of the SET Spectrum Working Group

Geraldo Cardoso de Melo is a Telecommunications engineer with a degree and specialization from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC-Minas). Consultant engineer in broadcasting services, Professor at PUC-Minas, member of the SET Spectrum Working Group and coordinator of SET Sudeste.

Speaker: Eduardo Rodrigues Lopes, Legal and regulatory advisor at ABRATEL

Eduardo Lopes is a lawyer and legal and regulatory advisor at ABRATEL. He holds an Executive MBA in Regulation, Economics, and Infrastructure from FGV (Fundação Getulio Vargas).

Graduated in Law from the State University of Maringá (UEM), with a postgraduate degree in Civil and Business Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR), and an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP). Member of the National Labor Council at the Ministry of Labor, representing the National Confederation of Social Communication (CNCOM); member of the Superior Council of Cinema at the Ministry of Culture; and of the National Observatory on Violence Against Journalists and Communicators at the Ministry of Justice.
