Graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia (UFU). Specialized in Business Administration from the São Paulo School of Administration of the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). He joined the telecommunications sector as an engineer in 1996, at CTBC Telecom, then the only private company in the sector. He has been a career civil servant at Anatel since 2015, where he has worked as a specialist in the Planning and Regulation Superintendence, head of advisory and inspection manager at the Inspection Superintendence, and advisor to the Board of Directors.
