Lawyer with experience in government affairs and institutional relations, with a background in the private sector as a consultant for companies in the audiovisual and technology industries, advising on legislative and regulatory strategies.
He is currently the Executive Director of STRIMA, an association that represents Disney+, Globoplay, HBO Max, Netflix, and Prime Video in Brazil. His work focuses on institutional dialogue with public authorities and various stakeholders in the audiovisual sector, aiming to support public policies that foster the growth of the audiovisual industry in the country.
Luizio holds an LL.M. from Georgetown University, an MBA in Government Relations from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), and a Law degree from Instituição Toledo de Ensino (ITE).
