Como Diretor Executivo de Estratégia de Tecnologia da Globo, Raymundo Barros está à frente das áreas de estratégia corporativa, parcerias e ecossistemas além de tecnologia. Na empresa, o executivo liderou iniciativas de grande relevância para o setor de mídia, como o Projeto de expansão da digitalização do sinal analógico no Brasil, a implantação de infraestrutura IP, 4K na produção e distribuição de conteúdo, Globoplay e a integração das áreas de tecnologia das empresas do Grupo Globo. Atualmente é responsável pela implementação da estratégia de D2C, Adtech e Monetização de Dados da Globo. Raymundo está na Globo há 39 anos. Antes de assumir o cargo de CTO/CSO da empresa, Raymundo atuou como técnico, engenheiro, gerente de operações e, posteriormente, diretor de Engenharia em SP. Também ocupou o cargo de Diretor de Tecnologia de Entretenimento, onde liderou projetos para novelas, séries e programas de variedades. Raymundo também é diretor ativo em entidades como a SET.

Aditi is working as head of vendor management and partnerships in technology for Norwegian broadcasting technology. Aditi has over 20 years of experience in technology consulting. She has led diverse projects and processes. She has led transitions, and transformation programs starting from procurement projects. In NRK, Aditi is currently leading a team of sourcing project managers and vendor managers supporting critical projects leading towards establishment of IP based platform and shift of production media technology to more IT based technology. Aditi is supporting standardization of hybrid & digital workspaces in media organization. Aditi leads a diverse team and is part of the diversity & inclusion group creating awareness on diverse ideas & experiences leads to solutions that sticks. Aditi has worked in diverse industries and has lived in 6 countries.

A passionate advocate of all things media and its positive power for audiences and industry leader on the technology. I have earned a reputation for in-depth technology acumen, strong management and decision-making skills and formidable presenting skills. As Head of Standards & Industry in the BBC Research & Development, I coordinate on the strategy for the influencing industry and government for media technology innovation, including the BBC’s input to standards and industry bodies across production, broadcast and other media spheres. I have worked in the BBC for a number of years in both R&D and the corporate strategy areas. My research interests have centred on the interaction of people with technology and services across all media. I have sat on the EBU’s Technical Committee since 2015 and chaired it since June 2018. I was awarded the Leadership Award at the TVNewsCheck Women in Technology Awards 2022
